Terms of service

Last updated 25 September 2026. These terms cover seoauditsuite.com and the audits it produces. Using the site means accepting them.

What the service is

We fetch pages from a website you nominate, record what we measure, and return a report that scores those measurements against published thresholds. A free scan reads a single page. A paid page analysis adds the written analysis for one URL; a paid site analysis also crawls up to the page limit shown on the pricing page and covers the site as a whole. Every check is listed before you buy anything.

Prices, billing and refunds

  • Free scan — free, 5 single-page scans a month.
  • Page analysis — €9 once, one URL, no crawl.
  • Site analysis — €19 once, a crawl of up to 100 pages plus the site-wide sections.

Card payments are not wired up yet: orders are arranged by email and added to your account by hand as runs — one site run or page run per order — so there is no subscription and nothing recurring is charged. An account that was already on a monthly plan keeps its allowance until the plan ends. One account can have up to 1 site crawl, 2 single-page scans and 2 keyword checks running at once; a request beyond that is refused, not charged. Runs do not expire, and a site run pays only for a site analysis, a page run only for a page analysis.

A failed audit costs nothing. If a scan does not produce a report, the run is returned automatically and a free scan is not counted — you do not need to ask. If a report is produced but is wrong about your site, tell us which finding and what you see instead: reports are built from recorded evidence, so that is something we can check rather than argue about, and it is how several checks came to be fixed. Where we cannot put it right, we refund the run.

Using the scanner

Only submit a site you own or are authorised to audit. A scan is an ordinary sequence of HTTP requests, rate-limited and capped at the page count of your order, but it is still traffic to someone's server and it is your responsibility that it is welcome there. Do not use the service to scan a site you have been asked to leave alone, to probe for vulnerabilities in someone else's property, or to generate load. We may refuse or stop a scan that looks like any of those.

Accounts are for one person. Don't share credentials, don't resell raw reports as your own product, and don't automate account creation to work around the free allowance.

What an audit does not promise

A report describes what we measured at the moment we measured it. It is not a guarantee of rankings, traffic or revenue, and no honest audit could be: Google's ranking systems are not published, they change, and they weigh far more than any crawler can see. Third-party numbers — Core Web Vitals from PageSpeed Insights among them — are reported as that source gave them. Fixes are recommendations for your developer to review, not changes we make to your site; we never have access to it.

The service is provided as it is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to what you paid us for the audit in question. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and none of it affects the statutory rights of a consumer in the EU or UK.

Your data, and ending things

What we store and for how long is in the privacy policy, along with how to delete an account. You can stop using the service at any time; deleting your account removes its audit history and every report file within 30 days. We may suspend an account that breaks the acceptable-use section above, and we will say why.

If we change these terms we update the date at the top of this page. Material changes to something you have already paid for are emailed to the address on the account before they take effect.
