Privacy policy

Last updated 25 August 2026. seoauditsuite.com is operated by one person, who is the data controller for everything below and is reachable at the address in the footer.

What we store

  • Account — your email address, a bcrypt hash of your password (never the password), a display name, and the date you confirmed the address.
  • Social sign-in — if you sign in with Google or Facebook we receive and store the provider's user id, your email address, your name and your avatar URL. We request only the email and basic-profile scopes, we never post anything, and we never receive your provider password.
  • Audits — the URLs you submit, and the evidence and report files produced from crawling them.
  • Operational — your IP address in short-lived rate-limit counters and in the web server's access log.

We do not sell or share any of it, there is no advertising or tracking on this site, and we set no cookies beyond the session cookie that keeps you signed in and the scan cookie that lets a signed-out visitor find their own report.

Who else sees it

A submitted URL is fetched from our server, and the evidence gathered from it — not your account details — is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to write the report. Public sources such as Google PageSpeed Insights, the Chrome UX Report, Common Crawl and the Wayback Machine are queried for the audited site. Report emails are sent through our mail server.

How long

Report files are deleted automatically 30 days after the audit finishes. The account row and the list of audits stay until you delete your account.

Deleting your data

Email us from the address you signed up with — or, if you used Google or Facebook sign-in, from the address on that account — and say you want your account deleted. We delete the account, its linked social identities, its audit history and every report file within 30 days and confirm by reply. Nothing survives that you would need to ask about again; there is no archived copy.

You can also ask us for a copy of your data, or for a correction, at the same address.

Contact

Email us — the same address for questions, corrections and deletion requests.
